The Orplid Foundation is a foundation founded in 2013 by Christianne Stotijn. The aim of the Foundation is: To invent and perform innovative music projects for existing and new concert audiences as well as for children, including thematic recitals. Together with musicians, visual artists, designers, photographers, actors, writers and poets, we strive for a form of transmission and storytelling that is broader than singing lyrics in the traditional recital form. The release of recordings and educational publications of the mentioned projects. Raising funds in the form of grants, sponsorship contributions, bequests and gifts for the realization of the aforementioned. The Foundation is a non-profit.
